Using Substance Designer’s Transfer Map Feature
I made a walkthrough of how to leverage SD’s Baked Model Information menu to transfer maps from one or more models into a single texture sheet.
There are many reasons this might be useful (reducing # assets by combining two textures on a single sheet, or simply because you needed to do a new UV layout for an asset).
